Shipping policy

Please take note of the following with regards our shipping policy:

• There is a standard fees applicable for door-to-door courier deliveries. If you collect from our store in Knysna, it will be free. 
• Madam Botany outsources our couriers services and for this reason we cannot specify an exact delivery day or time.
• Standard shipping times are normally between 2 and 5 working days and delivery will take place during normal working hours.
• We cannot be held responsible if the courier attempts to make contact and no one responds, or if no one is at the delivery address to accept the parcel.
• If the order is returned to Madam Botany due to a failure to deliver but you would still like to receive the order, there may be additional shipping fees applicable
