Please take note of the following process when buying something from Madam Botany through our online platform:

• Once you have completed the transaction you will immediately receive an email confirming the order.
• Orders will be processed within 2 days, however orders placed over weekends and public holidays will be processed on the 1st following business day.
• As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email containing your tracking number and any other relevant information.
